Gemstone Pumpkin – Sapphire Deep, dramatic and intensely coloured, our Sapphire Gemstone Pumpkin takes its inspiration from the brilliant blue depths of one of the most iconic precious stones. Individually handblown in our North Wales studio, each pumpkin combines rich sapphire blue glass with a sculptural clear crystal stalk and curling tendril. Flecks of precious silver leaf are captured within the glass, sparkling against the deep blue and changing as the light moves across its surface. The ribbed form gives the colour wonderful depth, moving from vivid electric blue to darker jewel tones, while the clear crystal top catches and refracts the light above. A striking autumnal centrepiece with plenty of sparkle. Handblown in North Wales. Each pumpkin is individually made, so colour, shape, metallic leaf and detailing will naturally vary slightly from piece to piece.
