• All Glassblowing Course bookings are subject to availability. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Cancellation and Refund policy listed below.
  • If you have any specific requirements for access or, questions concerning access to our studio, please notify us at the time of booking. Every effort will be made to accommodate your needs
  • Please declare any existing injury &/ or medical conditions which you feel may affect your ability to participate fully in the session. If nothing is indicated you are declaring yourself fit and able to participate in all activities.
  • E&M Glass accepts no responsibility whatsoever for loss of personal property brought into or left on the premises used for any class or workshop.
  • All attendees agree to adhere and comply with the safety requirements and other terms as outlined by E&M Glass, particularly in our ‘Glassblowing Disclaimer’.
  • We will email you to confirm your reserved place on the class/workshop and only at this point is your date/time/course booking confirmed.
  • In the event you are unable to attend you may transfer your booking to another date or to a friend or colleague. This can be done no later than the day prior to the class.
  • All cancellations and other changes, by you, to your booked class must be made by contacting us by email or telephone - amy@emglass.co.uk / charlie@emglass.co.uk / 01948 770 464
  • The following notice is required in the event of the need to cancel your attendance:
  1. Termination of booking more than 14 days before event, you will recieve 100% refund.
  2. Termination of booking less than 14 days before event means you will not receive a refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a course, or event for any reason. In this event you will be advised of vacancies or alternative dates. If you do not wish to book on an alternative date, a refund will be made in full.
  • Our gift vouchers are available for any monetary value and may be redeemed against the cost of our courses. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change is given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the course but the remaining credit may be used towards another course or service with us.
  • All gift vouchers are valid until the stated expiry date and may not be redeemed after this date.
  • For course vouchers, we ask to be contacted before the voucher expires but the session itself can be booked at a time that suits, after the expiry date if necessary. If you contact us after the expiry date, your voucher will not be redeemed.
  • Our course fees go up for a variety of reasons and should our course fees increase before the voucher is redeemed, vouchers that are purchased for our specifically titled course, will not need to make up the difference. Any additional places however will need to pay the full current price.
  • Once a voucher has been redeemed towards a course, or the date has been requested and confirmed by email our usual course booking terms apply, including transfer fees
  • NO SHOW POLICY – If you have booked a course with us, a date has been agreed and paid for and you do not show up, with no communication before hand, we reserve the right to not rebook the session and you will not receive a refund.
  • Online payments are made using PayPal and are subject to Paypal’s own privacy and data protection. BACs Transfers are our prefered method of payment for which we do not process your banking details
